Your deposit books your spot
The time is yours once the deposit is paid, not before, so nobody can take it out from under you. It comes off your balance the day of your service. A few styles are priced by your hair, and Ebony confirms the deposit for those by text.
15-minute grace period
After 15 minutes the appointment is cancelled, and a $25 rescheduling fee applies before you can book again.
Bring your hair on time
Wigs, closures, frontals, and bundles need to arrive in the time frame you discuss with Ebony so she can customize them. Otherwise the appointment is rescheduled, or a $25 same-day customization fee applies.
